We are giving away our expert 'Month-of' Event Coordination Services to TWO deserving 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations for their key 2026 events. This is our opportunity to steward our gifts by ensuring your organization's mission is amplified through a flawless, stress-free event right here in the community we call home.
What is 'Month-of' Event Coordination?
This package is designed to provide professional expertise during the critical final month of planning, allowing your team to focus solely on fundraising and guest experience. Please note: This is NOT full event planning; the organization must have all vendors and contracts secured before we begin.
This valuable coordination includes:
Vendor Confirmation: Re-confirming all vendor agreements and final logistics one month prior.
Timeline Creation: Drafting or perfecting the comprehensive event-day timeline.
Vendor Management: Acting as the main point of contact for all vendors leading up to and on the event day.
On-Site Logistics: Managing the venue setup, breakdown, and all day-of event flow and troubleshooting.
Sponsor Management and Communication: Managing sponsors needs, requirements, and ensuring obligations are met.
Talent Management: Manage Keynote Speaker/Panelists' needs, communication, and scripting.
Any additional services based on the type of event. For example, Awards Ceremony - we will handle recipient communication, table seating details, etc.
